Our culture

Our core philosophy is people over process. Our version of the great workplace is not sushi lunches, great gyms, fancy offices, or frequent parties. Our version of the great workplace is a dream team in pursuit of ambitious common goals, for which we spend heavily. It is on such a team that you learn the most, do your best work, improve the fastest and have the most fun. We do not seek to preserve our culture, we seek to improve it. Every person who joins us helps to shape and evolve the culture further. We find new ways to accomplish more together. 

We started from single person shared office space, then after moving to a slightly bigger office, we realised that it doesn’t matter where people work from. We started a ‘Remote Firstculture in 2018 in which people can work from anywhere they wanted. Coming to the office to work was given as a choice to employees, this left us very well prepared for the emergence of covid as the day to day of our business changed very little.
