We started from single person shared office space, then after moving to a slightly bigger office, we realised that it doesn’t matter where people work from. We started a ‘Remote First‘ culture in 2018 in which people can work from anywhere they wanted. Coming to the office to work was given as a choice to employees, this left us very well prepared for the emergence of covid as the day to day of our business changed very little.
